CUCM SQL Query

How can I locate IP Phones with HLOG activated?

run sql select device.description, device.name, devicehlogdynamic.hlog from device, devicehlogdynamic where devicehlogdynamic.fkdevice = device.pkid and devicehlogdynamic.hlog=”t”

It’s a boolean value so if you want to know which ones have it disabled just change the “t” for “f”

You can add fields if you need more information, the format is table.field.

All fields and tables are in the Data Dictionary for CUCM.

How can i locate users with PAB entries?

run sql select distinct enduser.userid from enduser inner join personaladdressbook on enduser.pkid = personaladdressbook.fkenduser

How can i locate users with fast dials configured?

run sql select distinct enduser.userid from enduser inner join personalphonebook on enduser.pkid = personalphonebook.fkenduser

run sql “sql statement”

ie: run sql select clause from callingsearchspace where PKID=’PKID number you want to search’

The above example would get you the CSS clause as CUCM has stored it. The definition of the clause field in the DB dictionary is: Ordered list of colon separated RoutePartition Names via CallingSearchSpaceMember

To determine if the 99xx phones are even present in the database.

run sql select * from typemodel where name like ‘%9971%’
