OVERVIEW
This class is a new and improved version of our previous UC on C-Series class. This time around we are working with Fiber Channel and the P81e VIC! This means we can now do boot from SAN as well as run our VMs from the SAN.

Configuring Speechview Hands-on Lab Training

OVERVIEW
Have you ever wanted to know what a voicemail message said but didn’t want to dial in and listen to it? Maybe you’re in a situation where listening to it on your computer isn’t acceptable. Then Speechview gives you the opportunity to convert a voicemail message into text and then email/SMS that text instead of sending a WAV file. This hands-on lab will give you the opportunity to learn about Speechview and also an environment to configure it.

SE and Voice Technicians Level of Knowledge Required: General Call Manager and Unity Connection knowledge.

Business Edition 3000 (BE3K) Hands-on Lab Training

OVERVIEW
This event consists of a short presentation on the Cisco Unified Business Edition 3000 product and a comprehensive Hands-on Lab. The lab teaches participants how to successfully set up and configure the Business Edition 3000. The lab will take the student through "First Time Setup" (FTS) and the creation of users, phones, usage profiles, departments and hunt lists.

Expected lab time is 4 hours.

Business Edition 6000 (BE6K) Hands-on Lab Training

OVERVIEW
This lab instructs participants how to successfully install a BE6K system. The lab will take you through the virtual machine creation for application installs, then step through the integration of Communications Manager with Unity Connection, Contact Center Express, and Presence. The lab guide includes all the needed information to bring a BE6K system up from scratch to a fully functional and working system.

Expected lab time will be between 4 and 5 hours.
